In 1995, Diana Anderson was born into the New England society where first impressions really mattered and where every move you made was placed beneath life’s microscope where people waited to gossip. It was a fortunate thing that the Anderson’s had already made a name for themselves as the most dysfunctional family, that went out of their way to keep things under wraps and pretend that they were your everyday elitists.

It is also not everyday that someone is born on the Seventh month of the seventh day and is the seventh child of a seventh child in Hartford, Connecticut. Diana was born to Clarence (Senior), an actual understanding father that had earned the title ``Super-dad`` by raising her since birth along with the help from her grandmother, Margaret-Anne, and juggling his work as the Governor of Connecticut and Regina Anderson, a former social elitist that literally lost her mind during her seventh pregnancy, and withdrew from the lime-light becoming an alcoholic, all because she was unknowingly tapping into her unborn daughter's powers.

Diana was raised into a strict social code by her grandmother which in turn would cause a rift between the two - since she was feeling the pressures of her family history and trying to be Mary Sunshine at public events, Diana slowly began wanting to escape.

In 2025, Diana eventually received a Political Science scholarship to attend New York University where she interned at City Hall under The City Council and used her abilities to assist Jackson and Felicia – birthing her alias as Envoy. However when Jackson was no longer in office, Diana was forced to seek employment elsewhere and had gotten a job as the school counselor at Manor House Prepatory Academy, which lasted only but a few months as she felt that she did not belong there.

Over time she had developed the required technological skills; including a vast knowledge of computers and electronics that made her a hacker - capable of retrieving and dispersing information from private satellites, military installations, and government files - something which seemed pointless as how she was already one of the world’s strongest telepath. As Envoy, Diana placed her considerable skills and knowledge at the disposal of many heroes that roamed the streets of New York City, becoming their information broker. There even had been times where even the most resourceful heroes routinely consulted her for assistance.

Unexpectedly, there was a massive invasion from unfriendly forces, the Geist that rained down on the Earth with the intention of exterminating the Aerophagytes - a race that lived secretly among man for centuries; and mankind was caught right in the middle. The first incident was the death of Jackson Kennedy and when the war of the worlds was declared, it forced a very pregnant Diana into battle not just mentally, but physically as well causing her to tap into the Psyche of her dormant persona that nearly caused her to lose control. It was also during this war that triggered an early labor, forcing Diana to seek a safe haven long enough to give birth to Zell Sloan’s daughter, Danielle.

And now, in 2045 with just but a handful of original meta-humans still in existence and a whole new generation. Diana continues her role as the behind the desk information broker to the Alliance.

As the seventh generation child, Diana was born with a form of extra-sensory perception, better known as clairvoyance: the ability to view other peoples' lives and feel what they're feeling at that exact moment in time along with limited kinesthetic impressions, the ability to hear the ongoings of her visions. She was also blessed... cursed with the ability to feel her visions, labeling her as an empath. To prevent what happened to her mother, Diana's grandmother trained her to control over her special gifts.
